Care Plan - You Make the “Micro-Business”
The Care Plan is a student-designed roadmap that helps kids turn what they care about into real-world action. Students choose a cause they care about and design a simple way to help—using their interests, talents, or creativity.
Think of it as a mini micro-business for good. Some students may create a product, host a small stand, teach a skill, make art, collect supplies, or share messages of encouragement. There’s no one right way—the goal is for students to take ownership and help in a way that feels meaningful to them.
Using the Care Plan Passport, students will:
Choose a cause
Pick how they want to help (product, skill, stand, or service)
Plan the details of their idea
Create a Care Fair poster explaining what they’re doing and why it matters
The Care Plan builds confidence, empathy, and problem-solving while showing students that even small actions can make a difference. This is their passport to leadership, creativity, and giving back.
